What we build

Cloud-native architecture for new products and replatforming for existing ones: containerised workloads on Kubernetes where the control is worth it, serverless where it is not, and honest advice about which is which. Everything defined as code with Terraform, so environments are created by pipeline, not by memory.

CI/CD that takes a merge to production without ceremony: automated tests, security scanning, progressive rollout, instant rollback. DevSecOps is not a separate service — identity, secrets, network boundaries and audit logging are part of the architecture, not an add-on review.

Reliability and the bill

We engineer for the day something fails: health checks, alerting that pages on symptoms rather than noise, backups that have actually been restored in a drill, and documented runbooks. Reliability is a practice, not a promise.

Cloud cost is an architecture output. Right-sizing, autoscaling, storage tiering and reserved capacity typically claw back 20–40% of an unoptimised bill — and we set up the reporting so the curve stays bent after we leave.

AWS or Azure — which should we choose?

Both are excellent; the decision is usually about your existing estate. Microsoft-centric organisations get compounding value on Azure; product startups often move faster on AWS. We are certified-practical on both and will not force a preference.

Can you migrate us to the cloud without downtime?

Yes — migrations are staged like any modernisation: replicate data, run parallel, cut over service by service behind DNS and feature flags, keep a tested rollback. The big-bang weekend migration is a relic we do not practise.

What does DevOps as a service include?
